UPDATE as of 9.15 am -

We are aware of a tree blocking the entrance to mark cross we are doing our best to get our cast
Members to the grotto on time for the 930am timeslot.

If you are arriving at 9.30 am there maybe a delay in starting the experience we will try and accommodate late comers as best we possibly can . Abuse towards our staff will not be tolerated. We will work with you to move you to a different timeslot where possible or move tickets over to another date.
