THE PRODUCE!!!! and the price! This lettuce would set you back about £3 in the uk!! If you can even source it! 90p in France!! The figs are massive, avocado so green… (yes I’m aware they are probably not grown in France) and just generally the charcuterie and the cheese prices were incredible…. I can see this being a monthly trip…..

Who wants to see a post of the amount of cheese I have in the fridge 😂😂

We researched and found hypermarkets with the most amazing cheese mongers or should I say “fromagarie”

I’m In my absoloute element… my cool bag holds 45 ltr bottles of coke…. Wonder how much cheese that will be 😍

I always like to keep up with what’s trending on Social Media, and in the summer a lot of you tagged me in Butter Boards…. Interesting, but I had to put my own twist on this!!

These are fabulous quality salted butter, whipped with 1) Ripened Brie and 2) Gorgonzola 🤤

Board 1)
Whipped butter & Brie
Sun Dried Tomatoes
Basil

Crispy Bacon
Figs
Pine Nuts

I’ve also made some Hot Honey… which is cold but heated up and infused with chilli’s & cooled and it’s incredible … I feel a little drizzle over board 2 is going to be amazing!

These 2 are for a Special Ladies birthday this evening… could it be something we add to our portfolio??

I will cut baguette, drizzle with oil and toast so we can dip in, or scoop on… who knows, who cares….. just can’t wait to eat them

I genuinely can’t take a photo to do these any justice!!!

Are they not the sweetest thing ever!!!

So we brought fillable bulbuls and I sat and filled them with CLIPPER luxury Hot Chocolate!! Mini Marshmallows and Christmas Sprinkles!!! That right…. Just add to hot milk and you have yourself a Christmas hot chocolate.

Simply remove the top and pour in! How good for the kids on Xmas Eve… or while you’re wrapping…. Or just get one for you and your partner and add in a cheeky drop Of baileys 😍

Perfect to hang on the tree and grab when you fancy. 🎄

Now we normally like to keep things cheep, however… these bulbuls are completely re fillable so you can make these over and over and different variations. But they make a perfect little Xmas gift for a family… imagen a little pack of 4 in a gift box. 🎁❤️

So they are £3.50 each… or 4 for £12 still quite a bargain I think

Look at these beauties…. All boxed up and ready for delivery in a few hours…

I realised whilst making these that you can slide them out the box, set them side by side and they make a very affordable grazing table.

Yesterday we catered for a wreath making workshop… these charcuterie cups are perfect and individual

In the bottom are small savoury crackers, squares of dark chocolate and topped with a selection of cheese, cured meats and cheese olives

Well im a little bit excited!!!! And if you have ordered a charcuterie & Cheese Box for Christmas or New Year with us, then so should you be!!!

On 19th December we are going over to France, 🇫🇷 🇫🇷🇫🇷🥰🥰 on the ferry… to pick up cheese stock for the cheese platters that have been ordered!!!

I wasnt certain if it would be a possibility but it is 👏👏👏👏

So orders pre orders and coming in for these thick and fast!! Do you need to be added to the list?

£45 will feed 6-8 people… great if your needing to bring something to a party and dont wanna do all the hard work, or just if you want a more relaxing Xmas night.. just whip this out the box and you’re done!

Work perfect side by side to represent a grazing platter if you have more than 8 people.

I love these little Christmas boxes… perfect for an office Xmas lunch with your colleagues, or if you have a small group of friends coming over to exchange gifts.
Just £20.00 per box…. Bu the time you have been to the shops brought the stuff and made it, you may as well get these.
