Today we found out our very loud youngest child does not enjoy very loud noises so the 7’s wasn’t what you’d call a hit! But, he won the top prize at the HSBC hook a duck which was a men’s large shirt 🥴🥴🥴🤩🤩🤩

Today has been all about a special little chaps 4th birthday party that I was asked to cater. For the kiddies, Individual boxes with a selection of sandwiches, little sausages, veggies and a tropical fruit kebab; perfect little picnic box of their own. For the grown ups, grazing platters with charcuterie, cheese, truffled wild mushroom pate, homemade chutneys, fresh & dried fruits, asparagus & cheddar tarts and balsamic onion & goats cheese pastries along with antipasti of chargrilled courgettes with mint & feta, slow roasted peppers with sun-dried tomato pesto and parmesan and finally aubergine rolls stuffed with goats cheese, pomegranate and coriander because….. you should always celebrate with good food ❤️

Still one of my most favourite gifts from my wonderful friends ❤️ and very fitting 😊 dinner for 14 about to commence! 5 hour slow cooked beef cheek ragu (from our fab local butcher) followed by an old school fave of treacle tart 🥳

Very excited to have been asked to cater a lovely ladies birthday celebration at the weekend. They grazed on Truffled Wild Mushroom Pate, Dates Stuffed with Goats Cheese, Pistachio & Pomegranate, Spicy Pork Empanadas with a Chunky Tomato Relish and Pimms & Marmalade Mini Chicken Fillets. All delivered ready to eat at their leisure throughout the afternoon, because ‘You Should Always Celebrate with Great Food’ ❤️
