We had the pleasure of hosting the Lancia Car Club for three nights over the weekend 🚗 Our guests dined with us, relaxed by the serene lake, and took in the breathtaking views during steamboat trips on Suilven. It was a weekend filled with classic cars, scenic beauty, and wonderful memories! 🚤🌟

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional service to our guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist in the smooth running of the restaurant, bar, and kitchen areas.
Ensure cleanliness and organisation in all working areas.
Support the kitchen team with food preparation and cleaning.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort in guest rooms and public areas.
Work as part of a team to provide a seamless dining and lodging experience.

What We’re Looking For:

A positive attitude and willingness to be part of a great team.
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends. Both fulltime and part time shifts available
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Previous experience in hospitality is a plus but not essential.

In the heart of our beautiful hotel, our restaurant stands as a lively and dynamic establishment that takes great pride in serving outstanding dishes covering traditional Welsh and International cuisine.

Currently, we are in search of a Second/Sous Chef and additional Cooks to become part of our team, collaborating closely with our Head Chef to ensure we continue delivering first-class service for our valued guests.

Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Chef in the daily running of the kitchen operations.
Be part of a great team of people
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food hygiene standards – maintaining our consistent 5-star rating.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff to maintain high-quality standards.
Monitor food costs.
Handle incoming deliveries from suppliers.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation throughout the kitchen.

What we ask of you:
The willingness to work with others and be part of a great team
Knowledge of kitchen operations/breakfast, lunch & dinner service.
Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
Flexibility to work hours based on a weekly rota including evenings and weekends.
Strong work ethic and dedication to excellence in food preparation.
