We’re loving the new The Hairy Bikers Go North series on BBC2 now.

And we’ve been keeping a secret for a whole year - but now we can reveal we are on episode 3 next Thursday!

Dave and Si spent a whole day with us learning about our mental health mission - and of course picking and cooking our beautiful veg.

You know your fish and seafood is sourced locally when the telephone number of the supplier of the bag of mussels you’ve got for tea has the same area code as you.
