Good morning!
I’ve been experiencing some issues with my Facebook messenger with my business account not notifying me of new messages. and as a result have missed some customer orders. I’m looking into ways of fixing this but wanted to advise that I’ve now added my mobile number to my profile meaning you can either call, text or WhatsApp me orders instead.
