Don’t miss the Fifty+ Festival, organised in partnership with Age Concern Birmingham, Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Council and Sutton Coldfield Neighbourhood Network Scheme. There will be a variety of activity sessions led by top health professional and opportunities to connect with wellbeing experts at Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Hall on Tuesday 8th October from 10.20am – 2.30pm.

The event is free to attend and open to all, particularly older adults and those supporting them. This will be followed by a fortnight of health and wellbeing activities taking place across Sutton Coldfield until the 20th October.

Our experienced yoga teacher, with over 30 years of expertise, will guide you through gentle yoga practices that are perfect for beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. Whether you prefer floor-based poses or a more accessible chair-based session, there’s something for everyone!

A menu for home deliveries is available each Monday. Orders are taken and the deliveries are made on Tuesdays and Fridays, depending on postcode and volunteer driver availability.
