Head Chef - Mathew - New Zealand born (and proudly so) he has travelled the world learning his trade before moving to the UK 20 years ago.
He lives in Ludgershall with this wife Lucy - a respiratory therapist dabbling in social media and part time delivery driver!
Chief packager Eliza (age 9) and prefers to play 'My little ponies' Phoebe (age 6) are avid supporters of Omaka Fine Foods and have grown in enthusiasm and a love for promoting Tapas to their school friends.
