**Sunday update**

With the issues today of the rain overnight obviously causing huge issues with the field, Sunday's part of the event will take place on the various hardstanding area's.

We'll still have a food truck, ice cream, crepe etc, we just wont be able to make use of the field..

With the number of tickets sold this is now officially sold out. A list of Reg Plates will be on the gate of every car booked in for Sunday.

A statement regarding today will follow after the weekend.

It’s taken 6 months, and a minor delay.. but we’re ready to open tomorrow 💪🏼

Glorious day for set up..

Not even a sprinkle of rain will deter us tomorrow. Ground feeling great, a few bits fenced off but no major issues, roller planned for this evening. Traders starting to arrive shortly..

We’re excited to get this location up and running!

Update!
The weather has taken a turn for the better this week as expected and the ground is drying up nicely, after a site visit today it’s a huge improvement from the weekend and with the expected temperature over the next few days we’re expecting it to continue improving into the weekend. Even if the drizzle materialises on Friday/Saturday, we’re hopeful the ground will be firm enough by then to soak it up without any problems.

There are parts that are still soft, but the idea is to just use the space that is 100% safe, we don’t want the risk of cars getting stuck, or dragging mud onto the open road. Another site visit will take place on Thursday to determine what area’s will be out of bounds and then we can put together a map for clubs to help find their spot on the weekend.

Be assured we’ll do absolutely everything in our powers to make this event happen! But please understand the safety of you, the ground and your vehicles are paramount so we won’t do anything to risk any of those three.

That being said, we’re excited to finally open and get this show on the road 💪🏼

Tickets still remaining for our Retro / classic Sunday 🙏🏼

In a club that would like to show? Front part of the show will be pre2000, then everything else behind!

Remember, there is no ‘public parking’ so if you want to come and look around, you still need a ticket, just select ‘individual’ and the public parking will be separated from the rest. It’s a ticket only event.

If you missed out on the release for the initial date. Make sure you take the opportunity whilst they’re available, as it’s likely we’ll sell out before the day!

The update none of us wanted to write / read.
We visited the site today. With the slim hope that the ground had dried enough to hold this weekend. While 60% of the ground is absolutely fine, the two routes of entry / exit are still too damp to be driven on (even standing on it is bad enough), and any emergency vehicle / heavy vehicle would 100% be stuck and cause huge damage to the grounds.
The weather this week looks nice (apart from Thursday) and then next week looks like it should be 14/15’c + which would be enough to dry up the top entrance (even if the bottom isn’t ready to be used), therefore meaning we can use the part of the field that is available.
We’re hugely sorry to put everyone in this situation, it’s something completely out of our hands, and hopefully is the only time we occur this problem this year with the location. But as you can imagine, we don’t want to be dragging mud onto the open roads, nor damaging your own vehicles, or the grounds, because it needs to be used throughout the year for various events.

NEW DATE: The weekend of 6/7th May
If you can’t make next weekend, full refunds will be available, please bare with us as this will take a while to work through all the emails, all tickets will be automatically switched to next weekend with previous entered information, if you need to make changes / cancellations, please email [email protected]

Clubs, if you can’t attend due to the change of date, please DM us via facebook/Instagram so we can make any necessary changes to club stand sizes etc.

Don’t lose faith, it’s a minor setback with something completely out of our control, but we’ll be doing everything in our power to make sure next weekend is a weekend to remember.

Who keeps doing a rain dance?..
As most of you have noticed, we’ve had a CRAZY amount of rain the last week, just when the ground dried up, it started raining again, and last nights downpour really hasn’t helped. This week is ‘planned’ to be dry, with rain on Thursday.

We’ll be looking at the ground tomorrow with the aim of making a decision whether it’s safe to plan for this weekend, or maybe postpone for a week (weather next week looks like it’s creeping up to 19/20’c).

While this isn’t ideal, and we know everyone has different plans, and maybe other shows, we really hope we can continue to go ahead with this week, but please keep in the back of your mind that next weekend is a backup option.

This may however open up tickets for those that missed out due to people that can’t make it if we push it back a week (but let’s all hope the forecast for Thursday changes and we get a sudden heatwave).

If we do decide to push it back a week, and you can’t make that date, we will of course be doing a refund for those that can’t attend. So please don’t worry about that.

Fingers crossed we don’t need to worry about that however!

23:59 Sunday is the LATEST you can apply for any changes.
We’ve experienced a huge number of people wanting to change launch weekend tickets, numberplates etc, which is fine, but this close to a show causes us huge difficulties with changing tickets / positions changing from clubstands to individuals etc, so if you want to make any changes, Midnight Sunday is the last time we’ll be accepting changes.

This weekend looks a bit damp, but then it looks like it’s creeping up to 16/17/18’c ready for next weeks , so no rain dances please!
