Just how I like to relax at the end of a long day!!

This is a wonderfully morbid photograph which was taken in 1882 of the infamous French diva and actress Sarah Bernhardt who was fascinated with skulls, bats, and death; she purchased the sumptuous Rosewood coffin which she kept it in her bedroom, and was fond of memorizing her lines whilst reclining in its’ satin lined splendour.

"When Mme. Bernhardt is world-weary she gets into this coffin, covering herself with faded wreaths and flowers, folds her hands across her breast and, her eyes closed, bids a temporary farewell to life. A lighted candle on a votary table at her left and a death skull grinning on the floor add to the illusion. It is only when dinner is announced that the tragedienne opens her eyes and once more takes a languid interest in things material."

Well, great news! I have just written my first blog. What would you do if someone you loved very much said, "oh just throw my ashes in a skip! I don't want a funeral!" What to people find the best way to discover (preferably free) wedding fairs and open days? I did a couple last year which were pretty expensive and no real opportunities came from them. I'm in South London and find it difficult to know where to start! I'd love some input, please! TIA!
