As the sun sets.. the outside area is finished! This has been quite the journey.. everything outside has either been built from reclaimed wood or sourced second hand. We’re big believers in finding creative ways to minimise impact, especially when there are so many avenues now to source materials! Thanks to for the benches! ❤️

Delighted to have the wonderful Emily of Emily Wade] providing a yummy lunch and tasty treats for the upcoming Wreath Making day.

Based in Lewes, Emily Wade] provide delicious home catering and creative food stylings for weddings and celebrations of all kinds.

They are particularly known for their vintage tea parties, with detailed attention paid to presentation and all-round deliciousness! 🤩🤩🤩

Introducing a couple of horticultural heroes!

Wendy (r) is one half of who grow an enormous variety of seasonal flowers, supplying local florists and events here from the farm. Roses are her speciality and she is positively passionate about sustainable, chemical free gardening.

Sofie (l) runs -also situated at the farm -providing arrangements and fresh cut flowers by delivery to Brighton and surrounding areas. She is especially known for her wedding bouquets and buttonholes which are tailored individually to each couple according to symbolism and folklore. Also a keen conservationist, she creates her own compost and ensures that her whole plot is managed with sustainability in mind.

Come join us and create a lovely inviting centrepiece for your door or mantle. Expect some good company (and a lot of Xmas cheer!)

Build up the frame of your wreath with foliage sourced from the farm and choose from a variety of decorations to suit your style. Finally celebrate your achievement with an extra glass of mulled wine.

Our workshop sizes are small so you can enjoy hands on support from us, so whether you are a seasoned expert or first time maker, you can create a wreath to be proud of and have lots of laughs along the way ❤️

Our very first offering is now available to book and its a festively fun day of Wreath Building with our on-site plant expert Wendy.

You'll use fabulous foliage gathered from the farm estate to build your own large wreath, and be rewarded by a delicious buffet lunch and mulled wine around an open fire.

We're FlintSpace, a brand new arts and creative learning space in East Sussex.

We'll soon be building out our timetable of educational events including beekeeping, flower arranging, willow weaving, pottery and herbalism, and much more!
