Seasonal, locally grown flowers, kind to the environment especially the bees :) We only use organic pest control, no floral wire or foam, all wraps etc.

We have a large garden at our home in Lower Horsebridge, Hellingly where we are growing seasonal flowers to cut and sell for the local market. Not only do they have the minimal carbon foot print, we only use peat free compost (80% of our compost is made in our garden) we are also bee friendly with three hives in our garden. are recyclable.

Exciting new collaboration with at their new venue, the beautiful Stone House Country Estate, Rushlake Green. 13th and 19th December from 6pm, join us for the evening to create a luxury wreath or swag using sustainable and eco friendly materials. With a delicious supper buffet and drinks as follows: Mulled wine and a non alcoholic version for drivers

Canapés on arrival

A festive buffet supper during the break consisting of;

Salmon with king prawns served with mustard honey dill mayo one of Mrs Ds favourite dressings

Rare local beef

A festive coronation chicken

Goats cheese caramelised onion tart

Mixed leaves edible flowers lemon oil dressing

Tabbouleh

Caprese salad

Hot buttered new potatoes

Crusty breads and butter

Cheese board crackers and chutneys

Paying bar cash and card. Tickets £85. To secure your place please email Becky at [email protected] who will send you the payment link to pay by card or BACS. Once payment received a receipt with be issued which is your confirmation of booking and ticket. We will also need to know if any food intolerances at the time of booking please. Thank you so much for your custom this season … everyone who has bought something is truly valued and it’s been a joy to see my flowers bringing a smile to so many people! Away now for two weeks but some exciting news to follow … Christmas markets, workshops and ooh so much more! 💐

An honour to be asked to provide the flowers for one of my best friends mum’s funeral today. A beautiful service for a much loved mum, wife and grandmother with some of her favourite flowers and colours to accompany her last journey.
