My name is Sara and I am a relaxed, bubbly & creative Wedding Celebrant, specialising in designing and delivering personalised heart-felt ceremonies, filled with laughter, love and memorable moments. Making your Ceremony something that you and your guests will enjoy, be part of and remember forever. I believe that every couple should be able to have the joyous Wedding of their dreams and to be abl

e to look back on their magical day for the rest of their lives - with the memory of their ceremony being the ‘heartbeat’ of their day. I LOVE being a Celebrant as it enables me to use my creativity to craft beautiful, unique and completely bespoke ceremonies to celebrate each couples union. I have a level of enthusiasm for every wedding I’m involved in, as if it were my own - and I am completely dedicated to making ‘your’ day just perfect for you - making it ‘YOUR’ Wedding, not just ‘a’ Wedding ! My background is originally HR, Recruitment & Project Management (I do love a spreadsheet !!!). Dogs form a huge part of our lives. I have my own dogs, and before becoming a Celebrant - I ran a Doggy Day Care business from my home. My husband is a Dog Trainer and together, we are also able to offer a Wedding Doggy Chaperone Service. I’m known as “The Natural Celebrant” because I love all things ‘natural’, rustic, rural & outdoors. I’m very down to earth and love & appreciate the ‘simple things’ in life - including watercolour and acrylic painting and making things for our home. Becoming a Celebrant has changed my life as it’s one of the best things I’ve ever done & I would love to work with you, to design and create something truly magical for your special day.

This review made me cry.
This family were an absolute delight. Grieving for their Mum, they generously shared their favourite memories with me.
It is always such an honour to say the final Goodbye to a loved one and I feel so blessed to be able to do so.

Wow - what a day. I’ve just got home from performing an outdoor ceremony, on the top of a hill, by the coast, on the weekend that Storm Darragh hit the South West.
(I’m very disappointed they didn’t call it Storm Ernie though)!

A VERY windy ceremony, in the grounds of Walton Castle, under a stretched canopy (that I thought was going to take off at one stage).

A fabulous couple who embraced the day, despite the awful weather.
The bride looked absolutely beautiful but must have been frozen - as my knees were literally knocking with the cold.

If you can survive a wedding during a storm - married life will be a breeze !!!! ###

I would like to say a HUGE Thank You to all my wonderful couples over the past year, who all voted for me in The Wedding Industry Awards for ‘Celebrant of The Year’.

I am so proud of everything I have achieved so far, and so proud and grateful to all my gorgeous couples who have trusted me with one of the biggest days of their lives.

I may not have won, but being one of just 5 Regional Finalists for the whole of the South West was a massive compliment after being a Celebrant for just 2 years.

I love my job. Am passionate about every single couple, many of whom have become friends, and I can’t wait to see what 2025 has in store. Although, I’ve still got 3 fabulous Christmas Weddings to perform yet !

A lovely review following a Funeral Service I did last month.
Such a lovely and close knit family, who have already suffered a huge loss earlier this year.
I was ‘my’ absolute honour to lead the service for their lovely Dad and say final ‘Byzie Bye’ to him.

The loveliest of days yesterday, officiating a Wedding at the glorious Walton Castle.

The sun came out just as we started their outdoor ceremony. There was so much love, so much laughter and even a song !

The Bride & Groom had put so much thought into all the small details - including a ‘Just married’ flag, and t-towels for each guest, with self portraits of everyone there, printed on (such a fabulous idea) !

This fabulous couple had to change the venue for their Wedding Ceremony at the last minute due to the weather forecast, but it was still THE most amazing day, and the sun actually shone for them.
A fabulous couple, who felt like old friends - it was my absolute joy and honour to be there with them.

To receive a wonderful review like this, nearly a year after this lovely couples Wedding, is so unexpected and so heartwarming.
Their day at St Audries Estate was glorious, with much laughter, some singing, and a nod to all those they love.
It was a pure joy to be part of it.

We met with a few celebrants before Sara, but after 30 seconds we knew she was superior. She put us at ease, was patient and unphased that we only had 91 days to plan our wedding.�She wrote a perfect ceremony that not only encompassed all we love, but our way of life. After only 1 meeting she got us spot on. Sara is detailed, thoughtful, accurate and creative.
Our guests still to this day, say that it is the best ceremony they have ever attended, both in terms of content and delivery. Her personal flourish made our day more than we could have ever dreamed of.�Sara is eloquent and emotive and went above and beyond her duties, including making us a special wedding certificate and vow booklets to remember the day.�On the morning of the wedding, she visited with both of us to make sure we felt confident and calm. And at every stage during the ceremony, her kind and calm nature made us both relax and really be present in the moment, which further added to the magic of the day.�We truly cannot thank Sara enough and can highly recommend her as without a doubt the best celebrant.
