🧄 Creamy Garlic Herb Sauce 🧄
Perfect for pasta, roasted veggies, or as a dip!

Ingredients

1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
1 tbsp chives, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced 🧄
Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions👊

In a bowl, combine sour cream and mayonnaise until smooth.
Add parsley, chives, and garlic, stirring well. Season with salt and pepper.
Chill for 10 minutes before serving.
Variations

Add a squeeze of lemon juice for extra tang 🍋.
Serving Suggestions

Drizzle over pasta, roasted potatoes, or grilled veggies.

My final farewell to Thailand 🇹🇭 with a little bbq for the residents & staff of Siam Rehab where I’ve spent the last 3 months bettering my life and facing head on with my personal Demons !

The man in this picture is a MINISTER here and been invited by the owners of the rehab so no pressure 🤣🤣

It’s been a roller coaster I tell you that and an emotional battle but I can finally say

IM AT PEACE WITH MY SELF 👊

They’ve said I’ve been one of the toughest clients to crack but here I am , A BETTER MAN , A BETTER FATHER ,A BETTER SON and A BETTER VILLAIN 🔥🔥🔥

I genuinely can’t wait to travel back home and start the new adventures I’ve set in place and give you all what you’ve been asking for 😍

So as you can tell I'm still cooking up a storm for the locals who can't get enough of the mouth watering smoked meats and never seen so many happy Thai people it's bloody amazing💥

So today we had the pleasure of packing up 350 goodie bags for the families who have been effected in Thailand by the floods with really good essentials to see them through 🙌

Let’s hope no more tragedy and upset comes they’re way as it’s heart breaking hearing stories from theyre family members who work along side me atm 💔

Only 7 days into the journey and the positive mind set is coming back stronger than ever 😜
