Good afternoon all. I do hope you are all good.

As of Monday 30th September 2024, I will be Closing the doors on Rhapsody Promotions
I have had some amazing times over the past 7yrs and worked with the best in the industry. I have not come to this decision lightly and have had a lot of Soul searching to do.
To be honest I have not really had my heart in to it since Covid. My health has also taken its toll.
Thank you to absolutely everyone who has supported me and helped me along the way.
My biggest thank you though goes to Darren Bass without his knowledge and training I would not have been able to delivery to the entertainment industry as I have.
Life changes, and its time for me to go with it. I'm a great believer in things happen for a reason.
I will still be about hosting the odd festival stage here and there, so you won't be rid of me that easy lol. 😊

So tonight I was invited to attend this event at The Criterion Blue Town by the wonderful Annie Love Not something I would normally do but as I struggle to switch of and relax I thought I would give it a go.
The sessions are organised by Cosmic Connections and offer an holistic approach to relaxation and wellbeing.
The past week I have been extremely busy and today especially I have felt exhausted and drained. I very nearly did not attend but I am glad I pushed myself.
I walked into the venue wondering if this would be of any help to me at all.
Well I can Say I walked out feeling Strangely relaxed,refreshed and with a warm feeling within my soul. I'm hoping it will help me sleep better tonight. I will let you know if it does.
I'm not going to state much on what the evening entails as to be honest it is one of those things you need to try for yourself to understand the experience. I would urge you to give it a go. You know the saying, don't knock it until you try it.
Their next session will be on Monday 19th August at The Criterion. An event will be set up shortly containing the link to purchase tickets.
Well worth the time and money even if just for the chance to lie down, relax and not have to worry about chores, family,work etc for a couple of hours.

Thank you too Dave Norris for supporting me today at The Sweet Hut Classic Car BRFM Roadshow.
It was also brilliant having live performances back, Lewis Ellen Duo and Annie Love you both sounded amazing. So many complements. Thank you for performing.
