As well as the website, we also put on live events, enquiries can be made via e mail or Facebook, if your band wants a gig see below for contact info. We do not put gigs on every week nor is it our full time job so please be patient for acceptance to be played. re, goth etc so if you are a pop covers band this wont be for you! LIVE GIGS - Previously Bedford Metal now Bedford Alternative Music has provided live entertainment ranging from acoustic/blues nights at the Ent Shed, Showcase nights for new bands at Lev 1 Esquires, local and bigger named acts on the Esquires Lev 2 stage, local band nights and Battle Of The Bands gigs at the Beds Ath Rugby club and Civic Theatre, all day and all weekend Festivals at The Beds Ath, Civic Theatre and Esquires Lev 1 and 2 with signed acts along with your favourite local bands. NOW AND BEYOND - 2011 marked our ten year anniversary supporting and showcasing the talent, skill, diversity and entertainment that the Bedford live alternative music scene has to offer and what with constant new bands and fans joining the scene, long may it continue.
