When I was having a total career crisis earlier this year, I wound up cooking butter chicken one Friday night, just for us two.

One of the bestest things about being me is that I hear ALL THE CHAT and the chat is mostly how cooking is not something you enjoy/understand/can be arsed with.

You need (for 2 people):
🧄150g pasta
🧄 Big bunch black kale/cavolo nero (about 200g)
🧄 250g mushrooms
🧄 65g pancetta
🧄 20g butter
🧄 4 tablespoons creme fraiche
🧄 2 cloves garlic
🧄Glass red wine (and one for the chef)
🧄 Salt and pepper
