USE HEAT PROPERLY
✅ Preheat Your pans : A hot pan prevents sticking and helps food cook evenly.
✅ Don’t overcrowd the pan: Leave space for even cooking and browning.
✅ Let meat rest: Rest cooked meat for 5-10 minutes to retain juices.
✅ Deglaze the pan: Use wine, stock, or vinegar to scrape up flavourful browned bits after sautéing.
✅ Add acid: A splash of lemon juice, vinegar, or wine at the end can brighten up dishes.
✅ Use fresh herbs: Add fresh herbs at the end for a punch of flavour.
