Hey guys,
We are experienced caterers, cooked, here and there everywhere.
Over 20 years in the business, including chef owner experience in 2 Star Michelin (Worlds Best).
We have prepared two banquettes for Royal Family but also served VIPs at Glastonbury, music festivals, events etc..
We operate with American Airstreams, 17ft and 26ft beasts.
Food :
We cook everything from Chicken/Beef Gyros Wraps, Smoked Pastrami, Dirty Fries, Cheesy Fries, Pulled Pork, Pulled Beef, Smashed Burgers, we prepare everything from scratch, smoked our own meats, make our own sausages, we also do vegetarian wraps, burgers and plenty of nice salads, cured beets, or simple tomato and onion, fancy or simple food, always tasty.
