I am loving this weather, working in it not so much though 😉

The sweet peas are knackered, they’re having a really good deadhead, cut back, soak and feed then hopefully they’ll come back so I can get plenty more stems cut from them 🫶🏼 it’s hitting 50° in the polytunnel though now 😮‍💨

Every single stem in this birthday bouquet was grown by me with no chemicals. It’s wrapped in recyclable paper and compostable ribbon which makes me so happy 🥰

So I was cutting the grass today, and then I saw Gus run off with this little guy! He took it from a nest in the long grass 😢 Gus did actually drop it when I screamed at him, but who knows if they’ll make it! I tucked them all up in a plant pot to protect them from the birds 🥺

I don’t have the energy to make videos or fancy posts right now 🫠 Life is stressful and difficult at the moment and family and wellness come first.

I’ve been a bit overwhelmed with the farm, and things have fallen behind. I always knew with this job it would get easier year on year and it’s only year 2! The weather and slugs are uncontrollable 🙃

I’m sure I’ll find my feet on the farm (and personal life) one day, but it’s not today 🤣

4 seeds per pot, any gaps were filled yesterday and will germinate in the next week or so. Fully hardened off too! 😉
