Due to unforseen circumstances, it is with regret that the film ( “Living” starring Bill Nighy) scheduled for Friday 21st April is now cancelled. This was to be the last film of the season so the film nights will start again in September & we look forward to welcoming you back then. Thank you for your support.

If anyone is interested in owning a piece of local history, there are several pieces of old Clayhidon School china that the Hall committee is willing to let people have for a donation to the hall funds. There are 5 cups, 4 large plates & several saucers & tea plates. If anyone is interested please contact Val Slabbert.

The Big Breakfast held at the hall last Saturday (18th) was a great success & the hall was full to capacity. Great to see everybody chatting & enjoying the company & the food. All monies went to Cancer Research. Thanks to Nicola Bendle for all her hard work & to the rest of the team who made sure everything went smoothly.

NOW SOLD!

We have bought some new tables for the hall so have one of the “old” tables left to sell off. It’s a bargain at £5 but does have some slight damage on the top. Would suit a shed/ craft room/ play room. Very sturdy. Contact Caroline Bendle on 01823 681047.

****** ANNOUNCEMENT******!! FILM NIGHT CANCELLATION!***

The decision has been made to cancel the film night, showing “Operation Mincemeat” planned for this Friday evening (16th) due to various factors (illness, lack of numbers, etc)

We will be back on track in the New Year & look forward to welcoming you all soon.
