Well that’s it folks for another season for and it’s been wonderful with lots of great memories. Thanks to all my regular customers as well as to all the holiday makers who we have met and served (especially the year on year returners! You know who you are) (Sausage roll fans!!!). We have raised about £500 for . Chris and I have been open for 211 out of a possible 215 days this season just missing 4 for rain. We have served thousands of coffees and teas and made more sausage rolls, oaties and flapjacks than I can count. We have some lovely memories of spending time with our regular customers and are looking forward to doing the same next year. This winter I shall be enjoying time with my gorgeous granddaughter and with Basil and Fidget as well as visiting family. I suspect I shall enjoy some crafting as well! Finally thank you again to all of you who make working at the Broad a pleasure and especially to the rangers for their support and humour. We shall be closing for business at the end of the day on Friday 1st November. We will not be opening over the weekend as we have a family engagement and also we are dead on our feet!!!!
