Hi. I note that you say that you have never found the hungry otter open. We have been open EVERY day bar two rainy days since the end of March and will continue this until end of October (barring days when it is tipping it down … and on these days I always post early in the morning to inform people). We are open from 9.30 until 5 or 6 in the summer and 9.30 until 4 at the start and end of the season. I am therefore surprised by your comment. I hope this clarifies our opening times. Thanks.

Food today ….. slow cooked beef rolls with horseradish, Mediterranean vegetable tarts, pasta salad bowls, sausage rolls, homemade cakes and snacks, Danns ice cream and sorbets, and all the usual delicious fare.

Advanced warning…. If this weather is correct then I won’t be opening tomorrow…. At least in the morning. I will see what it is like when I get up but if it’s this heavy I can’t keep the generator dry and it is unlikely that anyone will be about!!!
