My amazing team of girlies inspire me every day - juggling jobs, growing businesses, creating magic, doing life and all it's responsibilities, caring for family, raising babies, working on themselves and still managing to be the the most creative, hilarious, energetic, empathic, strong & amazing women I've ever met 🩷

Lovely to do a bit of pottering in the garden this weekend.

Mainly a little tidy up here - finally took my Christmas wreath down and replaced it with a spring wreath and moved the dead Xmas tree off the front garden 🙈😂

A little q&a about why we don't sell shoot flowers on afterwards, and an explanation of the differences in how we prepare event vs bouquet orders. That said, we hate waste, and do often give leftover flowers away to friends, family and business associate pals with the disclaimer that they'll have a reduced vase life! L x

Recorded this last summer (I've not pulled the shorts out quite yet 😂) and forgot to share it - so here you are before wedding season gets in full swing! A little tip & me and my team like to do - pre-filling all your water tubes before an event. Me and my team like to do as much prep are humanly possible off site to make things as easy and breezy and stress free on the morning of your weddings as possible. We are all about efficiency! Would love to hear from other florists if you do this / any other time saving tips and if you'd like to hear more of mine? L x

Over a thousand seeds started this afternoon - the earliest of the hardy annuals 💐🩷 It's a really antsy time of year as a flower farmer - all the spending / prep is done for the year but we're not producing anything yet so early in the season - but filling up the greenhouse always fills me with hope! 🫶 If you'd like more info on exactly what we sow and when - comment guide below and I'll send you a link to my guide with month by month at a glance lists of what seeds to start, and loads of sowing and growing tips! My absolute Spring faves and a world away from teeny sad supermarket tulips!! Just wanted to share how beautifully double tulips open in the vase.💐 Until our homegrown tulips are ready (really won't be long now, our first few thousand in the tunnel started in March last year so I'm crossing my fingers for mother's day homegrown tulips!) we have the most beautiful British tulips from our faves and sustainable growing pioneers @smithandmunson 😍🩷💐 So long lasting and so beautiful! Mid February and 10+ hours of daylight means sowing is starting this week! The first thing I'm sowing are our sweet peas, well then get on to a few early sowings of hardy annuals. Our Story

Co-operative project creating a permaculture garden on 6 acres in Bolsover, UK. Naturally growing no dig fruit, veg, herbs, flowers and plants. We are a teeny family farm, home to Gaz, Laurenne and our 4 little kiddos.

We sell to local shops and operate a roadside produce stand, usually stocked June-Nov weekends but follow page for updates!
