Napier Catering menus are extremely adaptable, combining both contemporary and traditional food designs.
Our menus can be manipulated to suit personal taste, individual budget or theme for the occasion. Phil and Claire Cooke have both been professionally trained and qualified within the hospitality industry with food, with Degrees and advanced food hygiene qualifications, service and quality at the top of every agenda within the business. Married to each other and the business along with 2 children drives them even more to be one of the most highly reputable catering businesses within the area. Gareth Ring – General Operations Manager who has led various mutli million pound leisure businesses, a great leader and with an amazing attention to detail ensures all events run smoothly on the day, always a smile! Stephen Manning – Executive Chef leads an exciting team of chefs, with over 20 years working in various kitchens and in particular event catering there is nothing Steve can’t cope with and loves dreaming up the next new thing! Steve is calm personified! Clare Gayford – Sandwich Bar Manager runs a tight and efficient ship at 11 Apex Court in Bradley Stoke supporting all of the local offices from Monday to Friday each week come rain or shine there is always a smile on her face! Coffees, baguettes, hot lunches and a busy daily buffet delivery service.
