New Year, new you? If you’re planning on a New Year’s resolution or two then how about joining our fun and friendly table tennis sessions? Our first session of the year starts tomorrow 6pm -7pm for juniors and 7pm - 9pm for adults. All equipment provided and the first session is free!

Adult supervision required for junior session, regular session price of £1.50 juniors & £3 for adults. Refreshments available.

THANK YOU to Wroxall Parish Council for the donation and delivery of this years village Christmas tree which is a great looking tree for the village! It was installed today by the W.C.A Committee’s Jon and Jan and also Mic our leading volunteer at the Wroxall foodbank, thank you! THANK YOU also to Travis Perkins Wroxall for the donation of essential supplies to help securely install the tree. There are 2000 lights primed and ready to install in the next couple of days ready for THIS SUNDAY at 4pm when Santa will join us to meet and greet the children. Then the official turning on of the tree lights will be officiated by local legend and Councillor Rodney Downer. Afterwards there will be a Disco in the main hall for the children from 5pm till 8pm which will be provided by Ventnor Carnival! Thank you.

£3 per child entry for the disco, the bar & lounge will be open for parents while the kids boogie the early evening away! See you there!

Congratulations to Stenbury Halls own Table Tennis team, Wroxall Warriors, who last night won in their division 3 game against top of the table team, St Lawrence Lizards beating them 6-4. Well done Wroxall Warriors!

If you’re interested in playing table tennis at Stenbury Hall we run lots of TT clubs and we’d love to see you there! On Mondays we run an adult session 10:30-12:30. On Wednesdays there’s a junior session from 18:00-19:00 followed by an adult session from 19:00-21:00. We also run a Parkinson’s TT group on the third Wednesday of every month which is a great session for those wishing to play and it’s also a welcoming and friendly social session. Teas and coffees are provided for all sessions. Junior session £1.50 & adult sessions are £3. First session is free and all equipment is provided. All skill levels welcomed in our fun and friendly sessions.

Bar Pricing - After far too long a period we have finally reviewed our pricing for the Worsley Lounge bar. Some of the pricing was so bad we were just about breaking even at the till. Please rest assured that in the majority of stock that we carry we still come in around 50% cheaper than Weatherspoons for example and we will continue to keep our pricing as competitive as possible.

All funds raised from the community bar go directly back into the charity to help with the ongoing upkeep and improvements. Thank you to everyone that supports us. ❤️

Tonight the Wroxall Warriors take on the 'Ryde Rustics' at our home ground of Stenbury Hall. The match starts at 7pm. 3 of our Warriors will play against 3 of the Rustics. Each player plays a 'best of 5' singles match against each opposing player and then finally two players from each side play a best of 5 doubles match. Good luck Warriors!!

GOOD LUCK TO THE WROXALL WARRIORS - tonight and for the first time, the newly formed table tennis team the ‘Wroxall Warriors’ travel to Ryde’s Smallbrook Table Tennis Centre to face off in their first match of the season. Tonight they face the ‘St Lawrence Lizards’ and will represent Wroxall Community Association and the wider community for the winter league.
