I have been a bit busy with my other job for the last two years so there hasn’t been time to take on any weddings. I knew I would be slightly less busy this year and took on a couple. This was the afternoon tea buffet from a wedding a couple of weeks ago. Thank you to my team for making it happen! Congratulations Tracey and Ian 💞🍰

Thank you Bay Tree Florist for thinking about the environment and what is once fun then becomes waste.

So from the beginning of May we will no longer be stocking helium balloons. Not only has the cost of helium doubled but we also think it’s too harmful to the environment. The problem with balloons is they end up in our waterways, oceans and parklands, causing significant damage to our environment and harming wildlife in many ways. Balloons break down into small pieces of brightly coloured plastic that can look like food and are often ingested by wildlife. We hope you understand why we are doing this . Thank you.

Starting to feel much much better now. 5 weeks after the accident and I’m off of the horrid pain killers so I can start to think straight. Thank you to Vix Lowthion for my beautiful gift box. Really cheered me up and I’m enjoying eating chocolate watching box sets. I might even summon up the effort to get some things done around the house today 💪

What a busy few days it’s been. As well as just finishing a wedding cake and 50 rounds of sandwiches for events this weekend I was delighted to attend the Buckingham Palace garden party on Wednesday. It was a damp day but we had an amazing time. We enjoyed sampling the afternoon tea and getting some royal tips for future catering events 🍰
