If you are new to here then hi! I'm Caroline Griffiths. Cornwall’s experienced, trusted wedding & event planner.

I started out with a degree in Graphic Design and my journey began in corporate education and project management before I took over the management of my family’s Italian restaurant and catering company. I trained as a chef, have a secret passion for menu design and, having grown up around the family business, I know first-hand why service excellence is so important.

After several years successfully running the family business, I established a wedding planning company and I’ve spent the last 15 years helping couples design their dream weddings and delivered a day that is memorable for all the right reasons. I’m highly regarded within Cornwall's wedding industry and my bridal boutique ‘Bridal Gossip’ is located in Wadebridge. You can discover some of our dream wedding dresses here.

My experience is enriched by my travels and living in Australia, which has given me a global perspective. Being half-Italian and a mum of three, everything I do has a strong sense of family and cultural appreciation.

The Christmas holidays are the perfect time to pause and reflect. It’s all about family, stepping away from work, and taking a much-needed break from social media. For me, this time of year is a chance to recharge before January begins, and honestly, I find it really hard to embrace the slower pace! That said, pressing pause on wedding talk and business development—even for a short while—is something I’ve learned to prioritize at least once a year and I’m getting better! So it’s been gingerbread house making, paper chains, board games and whatever puts a smile on the boys faces.

As we wrap up 2024, I’m already looking ahead to 2025 with excitement, setting goals and thinking about what I want to accomplish.

As we come to the end of the year, I’ve been reflecting on some highlights—and wow, what a year it’s been!

Why do I work as a wedding planner in Cornwall? Isn’t it stressful? Honestly, I thrive under pressure. Problem-solving, keeping everything on track, and offering real support to my couples is where I shine. Helping create unforgettable moments in this gorgeous part of the world is such a privilege—and it never feels like “work” when you love what you do.

2024 has been a year of growth for me and my business. It’s been about re-establishing who I am, what I offer, and the value I bring to the couples I work with. Here’s to even more amazing weddings, love stories, and special moments in the year ahead!

I'm lucky to have worked with the best wedding caterers in Cornwall who all offer something different. Like everything in life it comes down to budget and personal taste. But considering the TYPE of dining experience you want to offer your guests will really help when finding the right caterer.

December 2021: I was pregnant with my twins, completely unaware of how life was about to redefine multitasking for me! Fast forward to today, I’m a proud mum of three boys, running two successful businesses, and surviving (even thriving) through the chaos of a busy wedding season.

Life is fast-paced, but I wouldn’t have it any other way. Anyone who knows me knows I’d be bored if I wasn’t juggling a million things!! Motherhood and entrepreneurship? They’re more similar than you’d think—both require endless patience, quick problem-solving, and the ability to pivot at a moment’s notice.

Every day is a challenge, but every win, whether it’s from my boys or my businesses, makes it all worth it. Multitasking? Mastered.

K&H took a seriously brave move for the setting for their September wedding. We were utterly blessed with the weather and what an EPIC day it was! With a clifftop ceremony, a risky walk to their marquee where their guests partied hard. The champagne and local beers were flowing and the night ended with the most amazing firework display whist guests kept warm around the fire.

Thank you for such a wonderful celebration and for the hard working team that supported me. You are the best!

A whimsical wedding for Bethan and Conall last month. Lord of the rings, game of thrones, cowboy boots and autumnal tones set the scene for an action packed day including archery, and alpacas!

There was sooooo much love surrounding these two and it was such a pleasure to work with them and create the most magical day for them.

Even before you got engaged and started the wedding planning process, you might have heard the term “wedding planner” or “wedding coordinator” and thought they were pretty much the same person.

While a full-service wedding planner in Cornwall who is with you throughout the majority of your wedding planning process, will take on the role of a wedding coordinator on the day of your wedding, a wedding coordinator is generally considered a separate person for those brides doing the majority of planning themselves.
