We have some exciting news!!! 😀 Over the past 3 months we have been working closely with Jonathan Docksey at Design JD to create a sub brand to Twice As Nice Catering to focus on the online market. “The Bakery” @ Twice As Nice will be an online shop where you can buy lovely homemade treats for yourself, friends or family. This will be a postal service so we will be able to reach out to the whole of the UK 😃

To begin with, we will be focusing on brownies, then moving onto cookies and mini loaf cakes.

We’re hoping to be ready to go live by mid June. So watch this space for more details.

🚨🚨Announcement🚨🚨

I am delighted to announce that once restrictions are lifted, Twice as Nice Catering will be working in partnership with The Windmill in Hoo. We will be the nominated caterer for all of their future functions.

If you wasn’t aware The Windmill will be reopening as an events venue, offering great facilities and space for business meetings and private functions.

Cheese straws all boxed up ready for delivery!

A lovely Easter treat that I made today! Why don’t you give it a go and share your results here 😊

Ingredients:

6 x hot cross buns
75g x chocolate chips
75g x butter
3 x eggs
200ml x milk
200ml x double cream
75g x caster sugar

Method:

- Pre heat the oven to gas mark 3, 190c, 170c fan
- Cut buns in half and butter both sides, then place in oven proof dish
- Scatter chocolate chips over buns
- Whisk cream, milk and eggs together then pour over the buns
- Sprinkle sugar on top
- Let the buns soak for 30 mins
- Place in oven and cook for 35 minutes
- Once cooked, let it stand for 10 minutes
