Please be kind to me and Lucy at Crimble time..
I’m not sure I can think of any other business where you walk in without ordering and expect us to have exactly what you’re after ready waiting for you!
We make up as fast as we sell our arrangements and bouquets..
but also have to prioritise our customers that have already ordered..
For example
If I went in the sarni/food shops I wouldn’t expect them to have my exact order without having ordered
If I went into any of our brill village hairdressers or beauty
I wouldn’t expect them to be able to fit me in immediately because I wanted it now!

We deal with this every single day
All I’m asking is please just give us a bit of time to make your order
Behind the front of house In our workroom I can guarantee we are doing ten jobs at a time
