We were back with the wonderful ladies serving up our banging Best of British menu! They went for our Essex Lamb Rump w/ cauliflower puree, purple sprouting broccoli & mint jelly followed by a proper classic Sticky Toffee Pudding w/ Clotted cream Ice Cream

Pasta and mains that steal the show 🍝🔥

This private dining menu served up beef short rib pappardelle with slow-braised beef ragu in chianti, infused with sage and topped with parmesan—properly indulgent and full of flavour.

And for a vegetarian delight, the rotolini pasta rolls filled with ricotta, roasted squash, and baby spinach are finished with a creamy taleggio sauce that’s just oozy goodness 🧀

But it doesn’t stop there! Mains included grilled lamb lollipops with roasted garlic & artichoke cannellini beans and a vibrant pistachio pesto, as well as our peppers ’al Forno’ with roasted garlic potatoes and lemon-dressed chard for a perfect vegetarian twist 🍋
