The perfect accompaniment to a summer wedding . I can personally say that these are cream are so good. It was such a lovely treat to be given an ice cream after running around all day, and all of the guests fully appreciated them too. 🍦🍨🍧☀️

A little pre-warning.
From the 1st December we will be taking a much needed 6 week break. Emails will be set to auto reply, voicemails will not be listened to (so please don’t leave any), and everything else will be paused.
I may be on Insta, but that doesn’t mean I’m working, I’m still allowed to scroll pretty pictures right?
We all know that Spring to Autumn it’s 7 days a week, we took a short holiday in May and I was still working whilst on holiday. So this is a break break. We have a 1 year old, a 3 year old, a wedding business, a project house, and Luke works full time. So we are taking some down time to hang with my bro who I haven’t seen for 3 years. We’re having a full unwind before going into an absolutely crazy year next year.

Such great news to come back from holiday to. As I’m sure you all already know I agreed to start up doing weddings at Brenscombe at the end of 2019…so that was good timing. Now having had a few weddings at Brenscombe I can wholeheartedly say that it is an awesome festival wedding venue. I think what I love most is that you can be in the field in the day in the marquee, then when the sun starts to drop move over to the split level courtyard. Brenscombe’s dining room has been lovingly sparkled in glitter and named ‘Disco Barn’, the upper courtyard has become a seating and bar area draped in lights, and the lower barn and courtyard have become chill-out areas with fire pits for toasting marshmallows. For those that have wanted a drunken deep and meaningful chat have found their way to the campfire at the top of the field that we wrap with lights, and you can sit and look at the twinkly lights of Poole harbour.
What happens in Disco Barn stays in Disco Barn, but what I will say is that when I took on Brenscombe I never expected to see Foxes with glow sticks dancing to Prodigy 💃🏽 🦊✨😁

Cathy & Karl’s Serendipity Festival Wedding. A nod to Bestival with woodland creatures themed fancy dress I still feel a bit emotional about what was done to the woodland 10 days before their wedding by Rempstone Estate. I will share a reel of the process of us all playing at being magicians when I feel ready to. The Brenscombe team, myself, Luke, Jude, Zac and Henna all pulled together to work magic in the woods and help heal the forest.
