Back at Upton Country House Today, first real job since the passing of my Dad. Thankyou to all the DCS Team and Zanda for covering the jobs this last week and to those being patient for me to get back to them. This dish was a dish he would have loved.
Garlic and Sage Roasted Loin of Pork, Champ Potatoes, Roasted Baby Vegetables and Rich Calvados Jus.
