Sad to share this news but Gorge & Graze is officially closed.

I have been considering closing for a while due to a combination of the economy, people copying my work and then undercutting me and generally the rising cost of everything hugely reducing profit margins.

I was then approached by a local nursery about a manager vacancy they have becoming available so it seemed like a good time to say goodbye to Gorge & Graze.

I would like to say a huge thank you to all my amazing customers who have supported my business and wish you all a wonderful Christmas 🎄

Birthday cake for my eldest today 🥳

This one isn’t for the faint hearted 👀

At the birthday boy’s request I made a caramel sponge marbled with chocolate sponge, layered with salted caramel and chocolate buttercream. Decorated with a salted caramel drip and fully loaded with an assortment of caramel/chocolate goodies (brownies, millionaire shortbreads, dime bars, fudge, caramilk buttons etc etc) 👌🏻

This one is a full heart attack in a slice 😅

P.S. Happy 15th birthday to my first born - who now fully towers above me and for the first year ever wouldn’t let us sing happy birthday to him (he’s too cool now). Squeeze them tight, savour every moment ❤️

This one is all about the Biscoff 👌🏻

3 layers of vanilla sponge, layered with swirls of vanilla buttercream and crunchy Lotus Biscoff spread. Decorated with a biscoff drip, biscoff buttercream swirls and both varieties of biscoff biscuits.

This one deserved a spot on the grid 😋

Pesto was fully front and centre with this one…
Chicken breast stuffed with Hejgro wild garlic pesto & mozarella rolled and wrapped in prosciutto with wild garlic salted hasselback potatoes (wild garlic salt again from Hejgro) roasted vine toms, red cabbage and tenderstem broccoli. Served with a creamy pesto sauce and topped toasted pine nuts.

Absolutely dreamy 😍 If you haven’t tried the beautiful products from Hejgro - you really need to 👌🏻

😍 Sausage rolls 😍

Each one is made from scratch by hand & they are probably the most popular of my bakes. This little lot is off to Noah's Pantry tomorrow along with lots of other treats so make sure you pop by to get yours 😋

I make many different flavours but todays lot is:
- Pork & caramelised red onion
- Pork & honey mustard
- Feta, beetroot & butternut squash (v)

I have made a few custom brunch packages in the past but this little beauty has officially been added to our menu 👌🏻

Brunch platters include: a selection of fresh pastries, waffles, buttermilk pancakes, natural yoghurt, granola, honey, Nutella sauce and a selection of fresh fruit, berries and nuts. What’s not to love?
