A huge thank you to everyone who made Norton Priory's Christmas programme so special this year, particularly Lisa of Thoughtful Botanicals who decorated the Christmas trees and provided the floristry in the Undercroft, and DD Forestry who supplied the trees!

We've had a wonderful time, so thank you again to all the performers who have been involved this year and to stallholders from our Christmas Fair and other annual events!

The last of the bunches, planters and arrangements have been made and delivered, so we’re heading off to friends for a festive drink! 🤩

These twinkling ivy hearts make a wonderful decoration this time of year. Perfect for indoors or outdoors, each ivy heart comes with LED wire lights entwined around its vines.

As the plant grows it can be trained around the frame making the heart shape fuller over time. It is extremely low maintenance and suitable for all environments and light conditions.

Our first Scandi Christmas Wreath Workshop 🇸🇪

The weeks have flown by since September when Lisa Thoughtful Botanicals and myself came up with our Scandi Christmas Wreath Workshop events and this Friday it is happening!

Our tickets sold super quick so we added a second date (Tuesday 10th) which again sold out quickly! We truly can’t wait to welcome our wonderful ladies with Swedish refreshments and create beautiful Nordic style wreaths.

Lisa has sent an email with info but if you are coming on Friday and have any further questions, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to look after you and make sure you will have a fabulous evening 🎄

The Ruby Christmas Wreath is brimming with lush evergreen foliage with rich burgundy accents of hypericum and skimmia. With the addition of dried lotus heads and twigs of golden birch, this wreath is a wonderful nod to a more traditional christmas wreath. A burgundy velvet bow can also be added. ✨

The Sapphire Christmas Wreath is brimming with lush evergreen foliage decorated with icy blue eryngium thistles, euclayptus varieties, dried oranges and pine cones. A silver satin ribbon can also be added to really help it stand apart from the rest! ✨

✨Twinkle Twinkle Christmas Star✨

This beautiful Christmas star is ideal for indoors or outdoors. Made of dried foliage, in classic tones of soft whites and greens, small LED lights give it an added sparkle as the nights draw in.

Each star is made using a metal frame with foliage wired into place and comes with LED battery lights incorporated. A hanging ribbon can also be added if required. Star measures approx 40cm in width and height with foliage. ✨

All items are made to order so may differ slightly from those pictured.

Christmas Table Arrangement Workshops ✨🎄✨Wowser! 🤩 Thank you to all who attended the first of my Christmas table arrangement workshops this week! It’s been brilliant. This is a new workshop for me and I think it’s fair to say we’ll be doing this again next year! 😍The arrangements made were just stunning. Ranging from table centre to fireplace pieces, they were all extremely festive and so beautiful - all altered to suit a variety of spaces and varying decor! ✨🎄✨

A very Scandi Christmas Wreath Workshop ✨✨✨What a wonderful few days we’ve had! Nina from NINA D and I held our first - of hopefully many! - Scandi wreath workshops, and they were so dreamy! ✨Foliage in soft hues of greens and whites, dried seed heads, and soft velvet ribbons fit beautifully with the Scandi theme. Nina set the scene beautifully with a selection of homemade baked Swedish treats, chocolates and marzipan. And all within the comfort of her wonderful new shop! ✨Thank you so much to the incredible ladies who came along on those evenings. We couldn’t have done this without you!! And what stunning wreaths you made! ✨Until next time! ✨✨✨

Amaryllis 🤍🪴🎄✨These beautiful bulbs have been potted in tall terracotta ready for Christmas flowering! Amaryllis bulbs typically take between 6-8 weeks to begin blooming, so these showstoppers will arrive in perfect time for the festivities! Potted amaryllis bulbs are now available NINA D shop in Altrincham and will be with me Grappenhall Heys Walled Garden Winter Fair on 16th November! 🤍🪴🎄
