I’m sat going through my first look gallery from the amazingly talented feeling excited, proud and a little bit giddy with apprehension about what’s to come.
This photoshoot was such a huge thing for me as I am SO not a photoshoot girl! I’m the girl behind the scenes making sure everything else looks incredible.
But I am SO glad I trusted Ruth and her creativity because the results are beyond anything I could have imagined!
Taking this leap and trusting a professional to work their magic; essentially putting myself in my client’s shoes has given me so much inspiration for how I want my clients’ experience to be and I can’t wait to tell you more!

When clients become friends, it’s just the best feeling in the world!
Keith and Neil had clear ideas about their wedding florals and the reasons behind them. They wanted to celebrate Keith’s late fathers love of his allotment and gardening. So we took this idea and created “potting shed chic” using the same flowers that Keith’s Dad grew (along with some of the couples’ and my favourites too!) we worked in autumnal tones and woodland textures and combined it all with glinting glass, long taper candles, Keith and Neil’s love of Gin, and even some ting gardening tools and watering cans too. Telling their story was so important to me and them, and it’s safe to say- it worked a treat!
Since their wedding, my hubby have become good friends with Keith and Neil and we have both gone on to adopt little ones too. We’re now forever joined by this magical wedding and the new adventure we’re all on together! What a bonus!
Yesterday was a huge deal…
And I’ll still be coming down from it for a while to come I think!
I spent an incredible (and very long!) day with the fabulous working on an amazing photoshoot for the rebrand of The Priory Flower Co.
was the stunning setting for our shoot and when I tell you the shots are beyond stunning, honestly, that’s just the start of it!
The shoot was an amazingly empowering experience and utterly out of my comfort zone! I’m SO not the girl who takes a million selfies so having a camera point at my face for 9 hours was a whole new thing! I can’t thank continually putting me at ease and encouraging me and our amazing assistants and for taking so much stress and apprehension away- I literally couldn’t have done it without you!
I realised when working on my rebrand and new identity, that I needed to go further than new logos and branding, I need beautiful ethereal and dreamy imagery that really show you what I’m all about. I’ve also wanted to take the time to make simile I get this rebrand absolutely right and not rush it for the sake of it. The next steps are to plan the launch- not long to go now…but for now, here is a sneaky peek! Who thinks they can guess the new colour palette?

Our first workshop of Winter 2023 is an Everlasting Autumn Wreath workshop at the delicious Vandal in Palmyra Square!
When we say everlasting, we mean it! I last made one of these in 2021 & I only recently (reluctantly) threw it away because I accidentally left it out in the torrential rain😂🤦🏼♀️) but with the right simple care, your wreath will look incredible for years to come!

The lovely Jenny and Matt married at Jenny’s family home in Scotland and this photo is just 👌🏼😍 isn’t it?
I was so honoured to be asked to be part of this special day and created this bridal bouquet using purely summer flowers and colours- delicious roses, scabious, daisies and a scrumptious mix of foliages to create a loose, wild, gathered-from-the-garden look to match the relaxed but epic wedding vibes- I’m talking a-wedding-over-several-days-epic!

Emma have me a brief of “Pinks & whites and Woodland vibes” and I was beyond excited to bring in all the rosey tones and delicious shapes & textures! I was super proud of this bouquet and the whole wedding overall and Emma & Craig we’re a dream to work with!

WREATH WORKSHOPS 2022 ARE GO!
I’m so excited for the first of this years Christmas Wreath Workshops this evening! I’m really feels like this is the first year we can plan and do Christmassy things without the heavy weight of restrictions etc looming over us. I can’t wait to see what amazingness comes from this years workshops!!

It’s these tiny details that bring a design together. How the texture of the moss reflects the bark of the wood, how the velvet petals of the Dalia is opposed by the gnarled skin of the gourd. These things aren’t accidental; they are careful considerations that elevate a design to something that people want to get in amongst, pick up, touch, and feel for themselves. These designs become more than what they start out as- they become talking points and memories to be treasured.
And then when the sun comes out to play too, it takes things to a whole new level of gorgeousness!
Why I struggle with autumn weddings…
Because there are just too many beautiful varieties of blooms, colours, textures, shapes and tones, I just can’t choose!

I was battling 32 degree heat trying to keep flowers alive for the wedding of and at the gorgeous
The brief was wild, textural, foliage first with a cream, beiges, rusts and burnt oranges colour palette.

I can’t believe…
weddings are not that far away again!! I’m so excited to get creating beautiful wedding designs very soon!
This wedding was such a joy! Not just because I got to make not one, but TWO bridal bouquets! (What a dream!) but Amy and Janine were so lovely to work with! Their love and devotion to each other was so clear and I loved their contrasting but complimentary styles; each one perfect for them.
The City of Manchester was their venue and they celebrated it in all its wonderful eclectic Manc glory- rain included!

The proofs!!
My wonderful printers have sent me the proofs of my before they go to print and I couldn’t be happier! Seeing them as their own individual cards suddenly elevates them to a whole new level! Next stop- the real things!!
Here they are!
All the designs will be printed on luxury textured FSC certified recyclable card stock, using water based inks and a carbon neutral print process.
Thee are 3 levels of options for all the designs:
Unbranded
Branded
Hand finished
Unbranded- the “off the shelf” version of cards. Beautiful folded cards with general flower care instructions on the back.
Branded- you can personalise the card designs with your business logo to tailor them to your brand.
Hand finished- I will personally hand finish your cards with stunning metallic inks, or gold/silver leaf. Each card will be unique and offer your clients the most amazing keepsake to treasure after their flowers are gone.
Both the Unbranded and Branded Cards will come in packs of 10 for £5.50 per pack.
The Hand finished cards will also come in packs of 10 ranging from £7.50 - £10.00 per pack depending on the hand finishing- pop me a message to chat about what you’d like.
The Branded option will be subject to a one-off £50 set up fee.
This covers me taking your logo & creating a bespoke reverse for your cards; making sure the care instructions & your logo work perfectly together & print correctly. I will also securely store your designs for any reprints you may need & your logo can be applied to all future ranges including individual care cards, funeral cards & greetings cards.
I can also supply envelopes (white or Kraft) in packs of 50 for £3.00
Other colours are also available, please contact me for a price.
There is no minimum order.
Higher quantity orders will receive a discount
Tracked Postage and packing is £6.50, or if you’re local to me (Warrington, Cheshire) you are very welcome to collect them from me directly for free.
All orders will be posted to arrive with you in plenty of time to prep for all your Valentine’s orders.
The Subscription service will be coming very soon along with a web shop for easy ordering.

It’s a big day today
I’m spending the day getting out all the Valentine’s Message Card designs (well, as many as possible!) that have been whirling around my head since before Christmas!
It’s taking some serious balls to put them out into the world, but I’m doing it and going Live with the lovely at 7pm this evening to chat all about this new adventure for me! I’d love to see some friendly faces so would love it if you stopped by and said hi!
