2 hours to do all the jobs, started off in 6 layers now sweating and in 2 layers 😅

A Wolf Moon tonight.
It's crystal clears skies, lots of stars and perfect for a bit of moon gazing 🌑
We are lucky we can track the moon all the way round from it's rise to it's decent....
(have to stay up a bit late for that tho' 😅 although I have been known to moon gaze in the early hours.....😴)

🍎🍏 We had tonnes of apples at the end of Summer and we managed to use up nearly all of them by eating them, giving them to the ponies, to the pigs, given away at pony parties, sent trays over to my neighbours yard for their horses so hardly any were wasted. We had absolutely loads of cooking apples left and I felt guilty that they were all on the ground until this morning.....
😋 What a mighty feast for the birds!! Winter is the hardest time for wildlife especially January when food is scarce. Watching this early this morning made me quite glad that there were plenty of apples left. They are enow feeding all the bugs, the small mammals, the birds and even our chickens. I love nature !

⭐️ Wow 2025 where did you go? ⭐️
What a fantastic year we have had, it's been our best yet. We've been so busy, had so much fun and the ponies have helped make hundreds of children and adults so happy 🤩 We have turned dreams into reality, I can't tell you how that makes us feel!! Birthday parties, Pony Pals Experiences, weddings, one to one adult sessions, Pony Tots toddler group, school visits, care home visits, community group visits, supporting charity events...our diary has been packed with some amazing experiences helping make magical memories that really do last a lifetime 🥰
🐴 Our ponies are incredibly special and being able to share them with eveyone is so very rewarding for us and they thrive off it!
🙏Thank you everyone who has supported us and spread the word. We LOVE what we do and cannot wait to gallop into 2026 and start our 9th year as Raspberry Fields Pony Parties and Therapy Ponies 🥳🐴🤎

❤️💚 Our last therapy visit of the year, to see our lovely friends at Westwood Court Care Home in Winsford. We have been visiting here for a long time now and Stanley has quite a fan club 🥰
We absolutely love doing these visits, it means so much to the residents and the staff. Everyone's family is involved too so it makes our visits even more special. Daisy came with me today for her first time doing a therapy visit and what a superstar she was ❤️💚
We have loved spending the afternoon spreading Christmas cheer 🎅🎄

Today is possibly better than Christmas Day (especially if you work outdoors)...❄️ Winter Solstice ❄️ shortest day, longest night. From today the days will get longer. The first day of Winter. Now is the opportunity to slow down, rest and recover. Time to curl up in the evenings with a good book, watch your favourite movie, take a long bath - whatever helps you to switch off and unwind. Winter is the time nature pauses, allows itself to heal ready to use all of its energy for bursting into life in the Spring. We can learn a lot from this. So, this evening we will mark the Yule by lighting our fire to welcome the returning of light 🔥
May you all enjoy the Solstice 🙏
