Team building
We experiencing “team building days” for ourselves and coming away feeling like we would never get those hours back, we decided things needed to change, team building exercises and corporate days do not need to be boring, they can be fun filled days whilst also leaving attendees feeling that they have gained new skills and have stronger relationships with friends and colleagues.

What type of events do we do?
Here at Experts In Fun all types of events are catered for, from corporate team building to family fun events, our highly trained staff are able to assist with your requirements. Call one of our dedicated team members today to discuss how we can help organise your special event.
What levels of service are offered?
With all of our packages being bespoke and built specifically around your wants and needs Experts In Fun can offer the appropriate services for your package. This may range from us organising, setting up and even hosting your event for you, right down to the basic service of you simply hiring equipment from us and collecting it yourself, if preferred.
How do I organise my event?
The simple answer to this is however you would like. Our aim is to cater for you and your every need, this may include meeting you at the venue prior to your event and discussing where and how all of the equipment will be on the day. Or for smaller events this may not be necessary to you so the whole event can be managed via email or telephone calls.
Will you keep in contact?
Yes, of course. When you make your booking, you will be appointed a designated member of the Experts In Fun team who will manage your booking from start to finish. They will be your main point of contact through your whole time with us and you can contact them at any time. Booking process Once you have an idea of what you are after please contact our dedicated team via email at [email protected] or complete our contact us form (found on the website) and one of the team will call at a time to suit you.
Do you offer price match if I have found a cheaper quote?
Although we do not offer a price match, we would welcome written confirmation of any cheaper quote you have received. We will then review the packages and compare them to see if the service they are offering is to the same standard as ours.
Payment Options?
A deposit is required at the time of the booking and full payment will need to be settled two weeks prior to your event. Once the deposit payment has been received and processed, we will send you an email with written confirmation of your booking. Payments can be made by BACS, Paypal, cash or cheque.
Is all of the equipment safe?
Yes, before and after every event all of our equipment is checked to ensure that each item is safe to be used. Customer safety is paramount to us, and this is embedded in all of our staff to ensure that participants get the best from their fun packed day with no worry or risks. All you need to do is sit back and enjoy what Experts In Fun bring to your event.
When will you arrive at the event?
Arrival time to your event will depend on the package you have purchased. However, rest assured we insist on being at the venue allowing plenty of time to set up all of the equipment and complete the rigorous safety checks prior to your event. Generally speaking, we will need around 1-2 hours depending on the planned event.
When is it too late to book an event with you?
Never! At Experts In Fun we have a huge range of equipment and can cater for any event. Even if you are contacting us the day before your event, we will endeavour to help provide any services that you need. From our experience a party is never the same without the helping hands of Experts In Fun.
How do I know if the equipment will fit into the venue?
Once we have received confirmation of the location you have chosen, our Experts In Fun team will carry out the relevant checks to ensure the venue have the required space and facilities to allow us to operate our equipment in a safe environment. If we are unable to offer certain equipment due to the space available, we will confirm this to you prior to the event and discuss offering alternatives. We aim to have all of this confirmed prior to payment. If any changes happen which are out of our control Experts In Fun will contact you directly to discuss.
I wish to cancel my booking?
If you need to cancel your booking prior to the event taking place, please confirm this in writing to us via email. Please confirm your name, address, reference number and venue details along with your reason for cancellation to [email protected]. Please note that depending on when the booking is cancelled will depend on the refund you receive. We will automatically charge a cancellation fee to cover our administration costs. Any other charges you may receive will be confirmed to you prior to your booking being formally cancelled. Once we have processed the cancellation any balance owed to you will be returned to you within 7 working days.
I have changed my mind on the equipment?
We understand that there may be times when you want to change the equipment we have previously agreed, if this is the case please contact our dedicated customer service team and we will endeavour to assist you with the changes. Please note that there may be additional charges for any changes made, all of this will be confirmed prior to processing the changes. Can I extend the length of time I have the equipment?
We can usually look to extend the length of time that you can have certain equipment, if this is required please contact us to discuss and we will confirm if this is possible. Please note that extra fees will apply and this will be communicated to you at the time of your enquiry.
