Making quality buffet catering for business and Corporate Customers, a successful candidate will be eager and hard working. In turn they will be rewarded with with above industry average rate of pay and will become a key member of the team.
You will be working in a busy production Unit on the Howley Quay Industrial Estate, warrington. Days required to work are Sundays to Thursday 8:00am until finished (few catering jobs not requiring Friday and Saturday work).
Your main duties are...
Preparation of food
Stock rotation
Ex*****on of a high degree of food safety and Health & Hygiene.
Packing buffets
Cleaning of production area
Normal hours of work are Sunday - Thursday (8:00am until finish approx 15:30pm) but flexibility is available for the right candidate.
Uniform is provided and whilst some form of catering experience is preferred it is not essential as full training is provided.

Another happy customer!!

We have been using Jasper’s for our commercial catering requirements and can’t praise the quality of food and service highly enough.
The professional service offered by Linzi, Jackie and the rest of the team is second to none and their customer service is unrivalled. All orders are processed promptly upon receipt and always delivered on time. Nothing ever seems to be a problem, even turning round orders which have been placed at the last minute.
We’ve had both hot and cold menu’s and the food is always extremely well presented, delivered with a smile and is always delicious.

Jaspers is a Corporate Catering Franchise and the Warrington branch is looking for new staff to help support its regrowth post pandemic.

We are looking for a reliable, friendly, experienced driver to help us deliver our wonderful buffets to our fantastic customers in refrigerated transit vans. The emphasis is on delivering in a friendly, efficient manner. The right candidate won't need to break their neck to hit unreasonable delivery schedules. They will however need exemplary communication skills , be flexible and have a can do attitude.

Our customers regularly like to stop and chat and the correct applicant will be comfortable helping us maintain a great relationship with all our clients.

We are a family business with a friendly, committed team and keen to find someone with a similar work ethic.

Hours are generally around 7.30am - 1.00pm but could be later depending on how busy we are.
Uniform Provided.
Clean Driving Licence is preferable.
Along with delivering (and picking up) chiller bags full of our lovely, fresh buffets, you will also be required to...

Deliver Sundries (milk, teas and coffees)
Meet lots of lovely office based customers
Help set up the odd catering event
You will be offered the odd bit of weekend work should you require extra hours
Some of the platters we use require the some washing up
Keep your van clean inside
We also clean the outside of the vans once a week (we all generally hose down the vans at the unit once a week)
we generally divvy up these jobs up between the other drivers according to who prefers which job, its the benefit of working closely with others as part of a close-knit team.

Review of Jaspers Catering Services
Customer: Liverpool Home Office

Liverpool Home Office recently had a high-profile event in which we had to cater for the Home Secretary, Justice Minister, Bishop James Jones, and the families of the Hillsborough victims amongst other senior Home Office delegates and Government ministers.

We requested a quote and some further information from Jaspers to help decide which package we needed. Not only did we receive an immediate email response, but the Sales Manager (Jackie Jelf) drove out to meet us, offering a very friendly and professional service and providing a sample lunch. The service from Jackie was outstanding, and the lunch was fresh and delicious.

After sampling the lunch and considering the options available we submitted an order, Jackie then handed over to Linzi from her sales team. Linzi, like Jackie, was extremely friendly and helpful, explaining everything clearly and ensuring we received the best service. With the numbers for the event changing, Linzi was even understanding when we had to add additional numbers last minute, nothing was too much for Jackie, Linzi, and their incredible sales team.

Our food order was delivered by Darren, right on time and with a smile. Darren was another helpful and very friendly member of the team, even understanding when we had to change the date of collection for the cooler bags and trays to be collected.

The customer service received from Jaspers was only outdone by the freshness and quality of the food provided, all of which was delicious and well prepared and presented. This included the fresh Lavazza coffee and great selection of tea supplied.

This was probably the best all around service I have received from any company. I would certainly use Jaspers every time we need catering, amazing food and outstanding service from an unbelievable team.

During my time using Jaspers, I have been able to provide wonderful food to all the guests who join us.
It is really easy to order and the team on the phone are always pleasant. Jackie and Linzi are great at looking after our account and ensuring that food is delivered at the correct time.
Jaspers are always fast with their delivery times and will always go the extra mile to ensure the customer is satisfied.
The team always work hard to create new menus. Jaspers is great at providing for allergies, even at short notice. The food is always presentable and tastes divine. Staff always look forward to having a Jaspers lunch!!
