Recovering from a fantastic day yesterday with 26 friends at Zio World in Bangor, Wales.

A big shout out to Hanson Coaches, driver Wayne always on hand to help us.

The staff at Zip World very well organised and all staff were very accommodating at all times. Allowed us to make changes, add new people, helped us secretly carry Nicky’s cake in and cut it up. At every stage, I have to say they were brilliant - nothing was too much trouble.

Thanks to Michelle Ramsey for allowing us to park the cars there all day and entertaining us on our return.

Massive thanks to all the Zippers for joining Debbie Wall and myself in Zip4Resewrch, our charities have suffered during the last 18 month and every penny counts! Research is key to finding new breakthroughs with the ultimate goal A CURE!

There is still time to help fund new research, if you can find some spare change please donate

My mother-in-law, Edwina, visited us right before Christmas. I'm proud to say that I'm her favorite son-in-law. (That's a family joke. I'm her only son-in-law.) Her husband, Ken, died from Huntington's disease in 2011. During her visit, I asked her what it's like to be a caregiver for someone...

The days are flying by excuse the pun!!!

We may get to 39 of us and maybe even a surprise guest!

Can all of you who haven't yet set up your VMG pages please do so asap and link them to the group hub.. We can all inspire others and hopefully see some much needed research money come in whilst watching the group hub total SOAR oops there i fo again........

I have many paper sponsor forms should any of you need those too - these totals can be added as an offline figure (this can also be altered periodically_ this way we can maintain interest from the public watching the event total

As i said in the group message, a coach has been booked and there is room for spectators as well at the moment. I will confirm times and location nearer the time.

Through my Volunteer of the Award ceremony contacts, we also have a PR company helping us to raise awareness and sponsorship so please help by sharing these posts etc

Thank you once again everyone for your support
