Well, you know what they say…Sadly all GOOD things must come to an end🥲

After a lot of thought and consideration, I’ve made the tough and heart-breaking decision to close down Emma Claire Bridal - last day being Friday 31st March 2023.

I relocated to Bicester six months ago with my partner Dean, and I believe now is the right time to start my next chapter in life🌈

I’ve absolutely loved running my boutique for the past four and a half years and have helped hundreds of brides on their wedding journeys! I’ve learnt so much along the way, overcome challenges, poured my all into it and I’m immensely proud of what I’ve achieved! I’ll cherish the special memories made forever❤️

I would like to say a huge thank you to all the lovely ladies who booked an appointment with me over the years, and a special thank you to each one of my Beautiful Emma Claire Brides, as you really have made my dream come true! I can be biased too and say, I really do have the best family of brides🥰

Thank you to all my fabulous bridal suppliers for your help and support, it’s been a pleasure working with you all.

And last, but no means least, my wonderful seamstresses Katie and Lou, and past team members Karen and Tessa, who helped make Emma Claire Bridal what it is.

I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you to the whole team at Emma Claire Bridal for helping to make my dream come true. The dress and veil were just perfect! I felt amazing and that’s thanks to both you, Emma, and Lou. Brendan and I had THE BEST day and he absolutely loved my dress.

Emma - you have a beautiful boutique and your friendliness and approachability was something that really made me want to have a dress from you. The whole first time experience of trying on a dress was just so special to me. You treated my mum so beautifully too and for that I am forever grateful I have that memory of her. I know she didn’t see me in the finished dress, but she got to see me in your gorgeous store trying it on. A moment she had been waiting for and one I will never forget.

Lou - I can’t thank you enough. Your seamstress skills are incredible and you are the kindest person. I cannot believe you actually added sleeves that looked so natural and as though they were always a part of the dress! Mind blowing! Absolutely in awe of it.

Your wedding is quite possibly the most photographed day of your life and you will want to look perfect. Here are a few top tips when it comes to wedding make up:

1. Always have a make up trial - having the chance to try different looks means that on the day you are going to be feeling confident and the best version of yourself knowing that the look you are wearing is right for you and is going to last.

2.Stay Hydrated - In the run up tp your wedding it is important to ensure you are hydrated as hydrated skin will allow for the best application of makeup.

3. Make sure that your foundation is a perfect match, you will be photographed for most of the day so investing a good foundation is important. Your make-up artist may have a selection of suitable shades but it is always best to check.

4. Keep a few products available to hand on your big day, you will probably need to touch up your lipstick and maybe even your uder eye if there are some tears.

5. Finally, waterproof products such as mascara is a game changer!

After a busy year in the boutique, it's time for a much needed break 🤍

I'm going on holiday to South Africa to have some quality time with my man and to finally "meet the parents" in person☺️

The boutique will be closed from Monday 31st October and will reopen on Thursday 17th November.

All dress fittings with Katie and Lou will go ahead as normal 🪡

A beautiful dress from Nieve Couture🤍

This beautiful fit and flare dress hugs your figure perfectly. The back bodice of this dress has been created in a modern illusion style, showing off the intricacy of the embroidered lace. The same lace has then been inserted as godets into the side seams of the skirt, creating a beautiful sheer look when you walk.

Completed with a small row of beading around the waist. Secured with a zip fastening at the back.
