HAPPY MOTHER'S DAY 2021. It's days away on Sunday 14th March. We have some beautiful floral arrangements ready to go.

Due to Corona restrictions our shop is still closed however you can ring and place your order to collect from the door OR we can deliver for you wearing government guided PPE.

Hello and thank you for recent enquiries. Due to the latest lockdown and in accordance with Government guidelines, our shop is NOT open. However you can still order by telephone for delivery. We will wear PPE to deliver and adhere to social distancing. Or you can place your order via telephone and collect from our shop door but you are not allowed into the shop itself. Thank you for your continued understanding at this time.

Please remember we do not do Online orders, that is Clare's Florist in Scotland and has NOTHING to do with us. So if you place an online order, that is who you are ordering from and not us in Washington.

PLEASE BE ADVISED. We at Clare's Florist, Washington DO NOT TAKE ONLINE ORDERS. There is a Clare's Florist in Edinburgh, Scotland who does but if you order online you are ordering from Scotland NOT Washington. I've always chosen to check our deliveries as they go out, which I could not do if they are ordered and go out via online. PLEASE NOTE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY:

Due to the latest government rulings regarding business transactions and the new lockdown, here at Clare's Florist Washington we have made the following changes until further notice:

* We are OPEN for TELEPHONE ORDERS Tel 0191 4160532

* COLLECTIONS can be made from our door. It will be locked but you can tap on the door and your order will be brought for you whilst adhering to social distancing and PPE being worn by our staff.

* No customer will be allowed to enter the shop.

* Social distance deliveries will continue as usual with PPE being worn by our staff

* Funeral orders are being taken as usual whilst adhering to government guidelines

Can I remind you that we DO NOT do on-line orders. That is a different florist based in Scotland and it has no affiliation with our business here in Washington.

We thank you for your co-operation and understanding in these difficult times and look forward to getting back to normal as soon as it is possible.

Social Distancing Guidelines will be in effect:
* Our staff will be wearing visors, washing hands and using hand sanitisers throughout the day.
* Social Distancing guidelines will be in effect with 2 meters distance marked out in the shop, for everyone’s safety.
* Deliveries will also be made adhering to Social Distancing guidelines.
