Unfortunately due to customer cancellations and bookings having to be cancelled due to customers not giving us the information we require for bookings Birmingham Bouncy Castles will now have to take a 50% non refundable deposit.
We have over the years tried not to take deposits for bookings, but with so many cancelled bookings we now have to take deposits to book any castles and dates required.
