The Ever After Garden is set to return to London this year, filling Grosvenor Square with over 25,000 illuminated white roses🤍
Grosvenor Square in @mayfair_ldn is once again preparing to transform into the Ever After Garden, where visitors will be able to dedicate pre-planted roses to their loved ones to help raise funds for The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity. The garden will be open from 14th November, and entrance to the area is free for all. Will you add the @everaftergarden to your London to-do list?

Comment ☕️ if you would love to visit this 544 year-old tea room in Wales! 🏴 Love the very Autumnal looking Tu-Hwnt-I’r Bont* captured by @natalieamythomas
Can you believe this beauty was built in 1480? It was originally a residential dwelling and some years later the building was used as the courthouse and jail for cheeky Welsh folk!
* “Tu Hwnt I’r Bont” translates to “Beyond the Bridge” in Welsh.
This is @timholt wishing you a terrific Saturday! 🏴

As the leaves turn to rich reds and nature prepares its breathtaking finale of the year, autumn brings an abundance of opulent colour to Hampshire’s gardens which glimmer in the low golden sunshine this time of the year – here are five of our fave autumn gardens.

Harvard University, Texas A&M University, University of North Florida and Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey have all studied the benefits of having flowers in the home.
The research:
🌻Improves memory related tasks in seniors:
100 seniors participated in a Rutgers research study, in which some received flowers and others did not. Participants in the active group showed a significant increase in happiness and improved performance on memory tasks.
🌷Increases workplace productivity and creativity:
In an eight-month study, the Texas A&M University research team explored the link between flowers and plants and workplace productivity. The study found participants generated a greater abundance of ideas and more creative solutions when flowers and plants were present.
🌼Decreases stress and anxiety:
In a study of 170 women participants, the University of North Florida showed that people who lived with flowers in their homes for just a few days had a significant decrease in their levels of stress and improvements in their moods.
🌿 Increases compassion for others, reduces stress:
A behavioral research study conducted by Dr. Nancy Etcoff of Massachusetts General Hospital and Harvard Medical School, revealed that people feel more compassionate toward others, have less worry and anxiety, and feel less depressed when fresh cut flowers are present in the home.
I personally love looking at fresh cut flowers first thing in the morning. Especially the dandelions my kids pick for me. ☺️
Do you notice a change in your mood and behavior when you have fresh cut flowers in your home?
