Editing music, decorating costumes are only some off the whole process to finalise the show.
There is much more to that. Our LED show is 12min long. Here is the brake down for step by step on show making process:
1. Everything starts with decision! We are artists, and ideas are all around us, but often we struggle to choose The One 🥲
2. Write the story. What is the Narrative? What sections, what props and how the story will flow from beginning to end. Great!! We got it! Next step…
3. Music?? Listening and finding songs for shows can be a big challenge, luckily enough, we got Beetlejuice and some old tracks in one of the hundreds of playlists from the Spotify 💪
4. Costumes, in this case, quite straightforward, taking some time to search the internet and getting decorations! Not making it from scratch if I don’t have to!!!! And yes, the rest of the shopping we need for staging decisions on the list
5. Edit the music!!! As we can!!! It took hours and hours designing the entire show, @oscar.circles hands on skill and us together working hard to design soundtrack from beginning to the end with lots of special effects, recording our voices, snoring, talking etc!!! Lots of laughs!
6. Finally we are on the stage six!! Let’s make the choreo!!!! With this we are getting faster. It took us about 3 days for three sections, and of course finalising the last section the night before gig! 🤦♀️ as this is how we do it 🥳
7. Programme the props!!! Well, yes, @oscar.circles smashing it, editing all the night before gig, finishing 5am so have enough sleep (3h) for next day driving to Wales (4h) , some details that happened along the way , 🫢 (can’t even talk about 😂😂)

A little video from the gig this summer when @WeAreX launched their app! It was a collaboration between @torturegardenclub , hello kitten, @foxbadge , and possibly others 🤷♀️. It was also my birthday celebration on that day, so I performed one set on stage and had so much fun for the rest of the night.
