✨ Monday Reset ✨ weekends were my busiest days with weddings and events. Monday became my “Sunday” - a day to rest, recover and reset with wellness and creativity. No Monday blues in sight.
That taught me Mondays don’t have to be heavy - they can set the tone for the week ahead.
3 simple ways to start your week well:
1️⃣ Move your body (walk, yoga, gym, pilates)
2️⃣ Do something creative (cook, sketch, write)
3️⃣ Take 10 mins to breathe or journal
