We are looking for an admin/ event assistant, to assist in the organisation and running of our office and day-to-day duties. We are an event hire & production company, that supplies equipment to anyone from private individuals to corporate companies and well-known venues.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone and respond to emails in a timely manner - deal with all incoming enquiries
- Quote hires and secure the business
- Upsell products
- Proactive sales - new business
- Assist General Manager in organising logistics of weekly jobs - printing
- Keep the booking system up to date - ensure all jobs are tracked
- Produce invoices and chase outstanding monies
- Work across multiple online platforms/ systems
- Post on our social media pages, keep them updated and respond to any messages
- All other administrative duties as required
Previous admin/ sales experience required. Knowledge of event production products would be advantageous but not required, we are happy to provide training.
Competitive pay - 25 hours per week with the option of some working from home if suitable.
