Laser Planet has now permanently closed its doors. We've loved serving the people of Watford and beyond, even seeing some folks grow up as they celebrated their birthdays with us every year! We can't thank you enough for coming and enjoying games with us, you're a big part of why LP will always be a very special place to the people who worked there.

We'll always be on the lookout for a new premises and will be sure to post if we find one. In the meantime, take care of yourselves and have fun! Pew pew.

After 12 years Laser Planet will be shutting its doors as we come to the end of our lease. A huge thank you to everyone who came to play with us - we've had a blast hosting friends, families, birthdays and gatherings of all kinds. We are looking for an approachable, friendly, organised individual to join our team of supervisors. This is predominantly a weekend role with competitive pay and a guaranteed minimum of 15 hours a week. Applicants must be comfortable communicating with people of all ages. Ideally we are looking for candidates with previous supervisory experience, however we also welcome those with a willingness to learn. Working in our busy Watford office, you will be taking calls from Agents and tenants, using our booking system to manage the engineer’s diary and Managing your own clients.

Exceptional customer service skills, attention to detail and organisation skills, and the ability to work calm and efficiently under pressure.

Good telephone manner is essential.

Ideally, property management or maintenance background and diary management experience, but not essential. General office and computer skills required.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9 am – 5 pm.
