It has been an absolute honor serving at Shai’s Memorial Day . It was well executed by the amazing Lorisa Smith and her team. All the attendees and vendors were amazing👏

This incredible experience would not have been possible without the invaluable contributions of our dedicated team.

A special thank you goes to our apprentice Samantha, whose secret chicken wing recipe 🍗was a crowd favorite, adding a delicious and unique touch to the event. Joseph deserves recognition for his exceptional camera📷 skills, capturing the essence and memorable moments of the day beautifully. Additionally, the outstanding customer service provided by the entire team ensured that every guest felt welcomed and appreciated. 🍉 Watermelon Fries with Coconut Lime Dip

Ingredients:

Watermelon: 1 small, cut into fry shapes
Greek yogurt: 1 cup
Coconut milk: 2 tablespoons
Lime zest: 1 teaspoon
Honey: 1 tablespoon

Directions:

Slice the watermelon into fry-like shapes.
In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, coconut milk, lime zest, and honey.
Serve the watermelon fries with the coconut lime dip.

We have managed to give the unit to a lovely young lady who is due to give birth in 8 weeks. Forever grateful to be able to support others. 😍🥰

We have a baby changing unit to give away for anyone who is due to give birth soon. Children are a gift so we understand that it is not everyone that can afford the things that can make it an enjoyable and easier experience.

The set is there and ready for collection.
