It is our aim to try and provide a place for everybody within the local community. This is done through various organisations within Wednesbury 2000. We are housed in the Old Post Office, in the heart of the town. Below is a list of what we currently have available, with contact numbers to hire services or to get involved. 👏 WE HAVE SOME THANK YOU'S 👏

To give out, for those who helped us get through our Christmas Parcel Appeal.

Thank you to the Asda Foundation for donating funds for presents.
Wood Green Academy for collecting for us along with LG Electrical. Thank you to the Karate group, Lisa & Marie's classes that use our hall for their donations.

They are all huge help to us and mean's we can provide more for those who need it this Christmas.

🚚📦 DELIVERIES HAVE BEGUN 🚚🎁

After a super successful weekend wrapping, we have started dropping the presents and food packages off to schools where they will be collected by the families.

We’ll be doing more of these next week as our Parcel Campaign winds down.

Wrap Day 1: Done ✅

There’s still a lot to be done. So Sunday our doors will be open from 2 till 6 to get as much wrapping done as possible.

Remember, these are going out to families who can’t afford presents this year and with your help, we’re aiming for some smiling faces on Christmas morning.

🎁 WE NEED YOUR HELP 🎁

It’s almost present wrapping time and we need lots of volunteers to help us with it.

We are starting TOMORROW at 9.15am
We will continue SUNDAY at 2pm

If you can make one or both, that would be amazing. You don’t need to bring anything, just your helping hands. We’ll keep you supplied with drinks and snacks.

In the Old Post Office today, we have a chance for you to meet and buy some wonderful goodies from local crafters.

It is on till 4pm where you can head straight up to the Christmas Light switch on in Town.

We’ve received a very generous £25,000 from Asda Foundation!! 👏🏻

As part of their Places & Spaces fund, the money will be used to renovate the building and help future proof this important building.

They also kindly donated some books for our Christmas Parcels!

🎁 CHRISTMAS PARCEL WRAP 2023 🎁 Once again, we are blown away by the generosity of our volunteered that enabled us to get so much done in one day! Hundreds of gifts were wrapped and bundled together ready to go out to families in a couple of weeks time. We thought we'd show you a bit of their hard work. This was just the one room as we couldn't get it all. The camera gave up before the hard work did!

🎁 TOMORROW IS WRAPPING DAY 🎁 For those coming or interested in attending, here are some details: Time - 11.30am till 3pm What should you bring? - Just yourselves. Everything else is provided. Where - The Old Post Office, Wednesbury, WS10 7DF. Just 2 mins from Wednesbury Bus Station. If we finish before 3pm, we will put a post up. Feel free to turn up if you haven't already confirmed but would still like too. Here is what it looked like last year, with MUCH MORE to be done this year. We can't wait to see you all ❤️
