O yes it’s that time of the week again… PIZZA TIME!!!!
We will be from 5-9pm this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday!

Slow cooked beef brisket in local coffee and red wine, Glasto mozz, homemade pickled chillies and then finished with a sprinkle of crispy onions!!!!! 🤩

We are back at the again this Thursday, Friday, and Saturday from 5:00-9:00!!!

Also back with another bangin special!!!! (Honestly they’re all bangin 😁)
And another perfect pairing!!!

This weeks pizza will be homemade fennel sausage meatballs, seasoned kale, then topped with some amazing aged Parmesan!!! We love this one! 😍
(I also add some chilli oil too. Goes great)

After an enjoyable taste test we have decided that the perfect pairing this week is a fine glass of the Trebbiano!! This wine has more of a fuller flavour than most whites, which can handle and complement the juicy fennel sausage and nutty flavour of the Parmesan.
Might as well make it a large glass 👍

Hello all!! We have now officially started serving our delicious pizzas at !!!!! Exciting stuff!

So with these cold nights approaching, come along and join us for some pizza and cozy up in the newly refurbished Pelican pub in Chew Magna. It looks amazing, have to come and check it out!

We will be there every week on Thursday, Friday, Saturday from 5:00-9:00pm.
We are there until the end of the year.
(Sorry we won’t be doing our pop ups in Wells, but be back soon!)

Also we will be doing weekly specials! The special this week is the mighty Westcountry!!!!!!
Local ham hock cooked in local cider, fresh sage, then finished with local smoked cheddar and a homemade spiced apple sauce!!! 🤤 (Yes, it is naughty, and totally awesome)

Could probably be posting more important stuff, but how cool is my new sticker for the truck 🤘🤘 ha

I do love this truck. Not only is it my work vehicle, it is my friend, my work colleague, my oven, my transport to the woods, sometimes school runs, and sometimes to just go and smash through large puddles! Ha.
It brings myself and others lots of happy times and lots of fun conversations.
Not many vehicles are this unique and can be converted in so many ways.

Half term Kids pizza making classes!!!!
Yes that’s right! I will teach your child to make their own pizza, whilst you enjoy a glass of wine at the beautiful !! Sounds too good to be true I know.

This Friday the 1st of November at Wraxall Vineyard.

£15 per child (Just pizza making session)
£20per child ( Includes a glass of wine for parents & Pizza making session)

There will be four slots and each will be 40 minutes long:
13:00pm
13:45pm
14:30pm
15:15pm

Please book your preferred slot with the number of children attending below. The pizza making will take place on the rooftop terrace under the Bedouin Tent.

Hey. Just a reminder to say that we will be at the Cedars Hall all this week (apart from Friday), serving delicious pizzas from 5:00-9:00pm.

We are there to support the but you don’t have to be attending the festival to come and get a pizza!
Pre booking recommended. If you are not attending the festival then between 6:00-7:00 tends to be the best time!!

Here is our new co lab pizza, cheese, wine combo!! And it’s a beauty!
Joining forces with the lovely and amazing we have 3 great products to share with you all!!

I have come up with a pizza which has a lot of delicate flavours that all complement each other.
It has an Italian tomato base, with Glastonbury fior di latte mozzarella, then once cooked it is topped with Serrano Ham, shavings of Manchego cheese and finished with truffle honey!!
When enjoyed with this stunning Rioja it is just fantastic!! 👍😘

The Manchego is a famous Spanish ewes milk cheese matured for a minimum of 6 months.
It’s fruity with caramel and nutty flavours. Delicious dipped into truffle honey!

If you are looking for a glass of Crianza Rioja, that soft, round and elegant red wine which Spain is renowned for, then try this delicious, really drinkable wine!!!

This Thursday will be our last pop up at Priddy until next year 😔 We have had another awesome summer (kind of summer), up there with you all and hope to see you all again on the Green next year!!!!!! I would just like to say a MASSIVE thank you to all the support up there. Means a lot 🙏. You guys rule 🤘

Also this Friday is our last Friday at our SD HQ until the New Year. But don’t worry, we have some exciting news coming!!!! 🤔 Stay tuned!!
Again a MASSIVE thank you to everyone that has come and grabbed a pizza and hung out!

You can still find us at The Wells Literature Festival (outside the Cedars Hall), next week and also at Wraxall Vineyard on the 1st November! (I believe there are still a few spaces!)

Another great night at Soul Dough HQ! Thanks everyone who came down to grab some pizza and pudd! The special was a banger this week 💥 Lamb merquez sausage, char grilled red peppers, lemon creme fraiche and fresh parsley. Also stoked to have Mrs Soul Dough's cheesecake cookie cups back on the menu! 🤤

Sorry no pizza tonight at Underwoods but back next week! We will now be doing the first Friday of every month at the stunning @wraxallvineyard . But you have to book early for this one!!! 🤙 Cheers 🍕🙏
